Hey everyone,
I wanted to give an update on Clicker Productions as of late and what's been happening both behind and in front of the camera.
So firstly an update on our current projects! Unfortunately, production on EVASION has taken a backseat due to cast and crew unavailability and other priorities. The show is very much still in development but the monumental task that is shooting a show of this size is very time consuming. We will let you know when things pick back up but patience on your behalf is greatly appreciated and the team will deliver a quality show.
"dis connected" has developed from a small short film (intended to be shot on a Samsung Galaxy 7 phone) into a full set production planned to begin shooting next month. "dis connected" will roll out more information over the next couple of months and will release later this year. Speaking of things releasing this year the student film, Vehophobia, releases publicly next month in June. Little has been shared about this two minute film but you'll be sure to enjoy it when it rolls out in just a few weeks. Also, the Gamers Drink Too Podcast is still behind schedule but is an ongoing show you can expect semi-regularly (Episode 6 will be released later this month).
So back to the behind the scenes stuff, what have we been up to over the last few months? We've partnered up with Chicken Sized Horse Productions, a Perth based duo of student filmmakers, in productions. They've helped us with crew work and we've helped them right back, it's a collaborative partnership and it's only just the beginning. We have other partnerships in the planning stages that we can't wait to share with you soon. Hint: They may or may not involve music videos and musicians.
We've added a new Gallery folder to our website if you haven't noticed, check it out for all the behind the scenes photography and sneak peeks at our productions. We also have new business cards so try and keep your eyes out for one, if you find one keep it! The budget for Clicker Production's has also been reassigned and the company is investing in new equipment again, focusing on better audio and lighting gear for more professional shoots.
So there you have it, an update on the last few months of Clicker Productions. We can't wait to share more content with you in the future. Take care folks and once again thank you all for the support. Keep ya posted!
